The course fee is charged in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable after your statutory fourteen day cooling off period except in circumstances where we cancel the course. If we need to cancel the course we will refund the client’s fee in full.
We will not be responsible for any additional costs clients may have incurred, for instance travel or accommodation.
We strongly recommend that clients purchase appropriate travel insurance to cover fees and costs in the event that they cannot attend the course.
Course fees do not include lunch, accommodation or transfers to or from the venue.
Clients should avoid bringing items of special value to the course.
We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any personal possessions.
We will not be liable for any loss suffered as result of any event which is beyond our reasonable control.
It is the client’s responsibility to arrive punctually at any class. We will not be responsible for any content missed due to late arrival.
Should the client find that they are unable to attend on the dates booked we will help them transfer to another course subject to the following conditions.
Please try to give as much notice as possible if unable to attend the course.
In the event that the alternative course has a higher fee than the original, the client will pay the balance owing for the new booking
